Information is scarce regarding this resurrection of the license by Elder Scrolls Helmsmen, Bethesda, but as this first teaser trailer indicates, it is most definitely on for a Q4 2008 release. And they're using the Oblivion engine apparently, so a 1st/3rd person reinterpretation could be likely...
