New L4D DLC Profile for: EbowAdded by Ebow, 04-08-2009, links to http://store.steampowered.com/news/2708/
Not quite L4D2 for nothing, but a new campaign with the emphasis on Versus (but playable in other modes too)

Winning an award for "dullest news story thumb ever"

Ah well, free PC content. 560 "gaymeh" points for 360.

Heh. Must reinstall FO3 and see if I'm going to complete enough of that to warrant buying the DLC.

After I've finished Assassin's Creed (what a lush and lovely game!).

And Far Cry 2.
And Crysis.

And then it will be time to put some tights on and swing between buildings :D

A 30 minute level palmed off as `streamlined`?

Valve has really lost interest in this I think.

Will have to hope that Dead Before Dawn arrives sometime soon.

Agree. It's an attempt to silence the thousands questioning the full price L4D2.

If M$ were involved, we could blame them for Valve's stupidity.

Oh, hold on...

That's £55 RRP. So it'll probably be in shops/steam for £45. Regardless, it's Activision being utterly exploitative alfs seeing what they can get away with. On top of that they have the f**king NERVE to try and sue double fine to recoup the production expenses of Brutal Legend - WHICH THEY DROPPED!!!

They're reported better than expected financials for this quarter too.

f**k Activision
f**k Guitar Hero
& f**k Call of Duty.

There are many other (better) games to play...

Annoyingly, I agree with you.

Trouble is though, if Activision get away with this, which they probably will (Less sales, higher price, no loss.) then other companies might get the same idea.

Then those many other, better games might end up with a stupidly high price tag as well.

There are a ton of s**te games on Steam and Direct 2 Drive, at ridiculous (high) prices, that aren't even worth a fiver.

Yep, and now there starting with better games that aren`t worth 50 quid.

Have you heard the one about Modern Warfare 2 costing over 50 quid?

Thats the version without the NVGs`.

Another boycott looming.

Yeah.

This off the back of a full priced Total Conversion (World at War).

Still, the AC130 perk does look like it may be worth the money Smile

Will be on TS2 from 8.30 :D

At least ArmA/2 will have support for years to come. Huzzah for community stuff!
