LPB, Resistance 2 and Killzone for sure. Siren too (not on the list, but a summer release with episodes).
What I REALLY want is a next gen' Onimusha game. Playing through the 3rd one again (so good it's made me forget about RE4 for a while) I can't help but imagine it in hi-def' with a bit more freedom of movement. Oni' 3 is my all time fave single player, I've decided. It can't be too bad if I'm on my 4th time of playing
