64 hours in now. And only 31% complete. Just got to Orzimmar - which on it's own is probably bigger and longer than a regular game.
Still loving it though - especially the finishing moves at the end of epic dragon battles - last wyrm I took down required a good 30-60 mins of much-deliberated pause/play hack n' slash carnage; zooming out into tactical view and coming up with strategies on the fly, then zooming into third person view to move my party members the f**k out of dodge...
And I'm feeling now the more I play it, the more reasons I have to play it through a different way... this campaign I mean... not the DLC. This campaign alone must have so many different outcomes... cos I've been given so many choices along the way... some of which have sealed off massive chunks of gameplay... like that healer I sort of accidentally killed for a start :S

Flip me. The Orzimmar section is HUGE! At least it feels that way anyhow.
A good solid 2 hour dungeon crawl tonight. Action packed. Only just about scraped through the finale battle though. Getting a bit over-zealous now I have a proper healer who can group heal and rez.
Kurgen picked up this ability that slowly depletes his health, but it massively ups his attack speed. Hadn't been using it until now cos he was going through so many potions, but with Morrigan pumping heals into him he's turned into a veritable tornado of carnage.
Decided a long time ago not to mix up the party much - it's worth it - just because of the way the tactics develop and it's almost impossible to spread your attention across so many characters. AFAIC they were put there for variety and so far my Kurgen/Allistair/Morrigan/Leiana combo is working out fine. Especially now I've got their loyalties up to almost 100% (which makes their stats go up).
Still looks like this game will finish off the year for me. Even though it's looking like I'm about to embark upon the final leg of the Orzimmar stuff there's still a ton of side stuff to do once I get back to Denerim. And I'm betting even if that forms the beginning of the final stretch, it will be no small excursion.
This game is a life eater and no mistake...
